This is a previous version of the Agentry Terms of Service. The current terms are at secureagentry.net/terms. This version applies to accounts created before September 30, 2026 until October 31, 2026.
Last updated September 21, 2026. Using this Agentry registry means you accept these terms; if you do not, do not use it.
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, give us a working email address, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
Publish and install QuickAgents in good faith. The following get accounts suspended and content removed: publishing malicious content or content designed to exfiltrate data or harvest credentials; attempting to evade or defeat the scanning gate, quarantine, or review; impersonating people or organizations; probing, disrupting, or overloading the service; and anything unlawful.
You own what you publish and warrant that you have the right to distribute it under the license you declare. By publishing you grant us the license we need to operate: to host, scan, sign, display, and distribute your content, and to retain published versions immutably so installed copies keep verifying. Public content is public; withdrawing a version (yanking) stops new installs but does not reach into existing ones.
Every published version is scanned and signed. Scanning reduces risk; it does not and cannot prove any QuickAgent safe, and we make no such promise. Read the security report and the declared capabilities; installing and running anything from the registry is your decision and your responsibility.
We may quarantine, block, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts to protect users and the service — including on reports from third parties. Trust-and-safety records (advisories, abuse reports) outlive the content they concern. Where practical we say what happened rather than making content vanish silently.
Every account has a subscription tier. A tier grants credits each month; a submission to the review pipeline spends them, and unused credits expire when the allowance resets. A Pro subscription is paid monthly through our payment provider and renews until you cancel; a cancellation takes effect when the current cycle ends, and the account returns to the Standard tier with the Standard allowance and caps. Credits admit a submission; they never change what the scanners look for, or what the gate decides for any public QuickAgent. We may change the allowances, the cost of a submission and the price of Pro; for material changes we will post notice on the site before they take effect.
A Business or Enterprise organization is a paid subscription billed per seat through our payment provider, renewing each month until cancelled. Each seat brings a monthly credit allowance into one shared pool that the organization's members draw on; an administrator manages the seats and, on Business, the plan holds at most 25 of them. A member has everything a Pro account has for as long as the subscription is active, and belongs to one organization at a time.
If a subscription lapses or a payment fails, the organization enters a restricted mode: no credits accrue and new submissions, hosted runs and added seats are refused, but its people still sign in, read every QuickAgent, change settings and export their data until it is put right — nothing is removed or locked out. An organization can be decommissioned — by its administrators, or by us where these terms require it — which, after a notice period, removes its QuickAgents, repositories and invitations and releases its handle and any verified domain; trust-and-safety records outlive it, as elsewhere. Cancelling returns each member to the individual Standard tier.
An organization's administrator may take one of its private QuickAgents off the review pipeline, where the subscription includes it. A version published that way is not scanned: it carries no findings, no report and no signature, is labelled unscanned wherever it is shown, and installing or running it asks for consent first. This is the one thing a subscription changes about scanning, and it reaches only that organization's own private QuickAgents: a public QuickAgent is always scanned, and such a QuickAgent cannot be made public while an unscanned version stands.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service — including from any QuickAgent you install or run. We may change or discontinue features; for material changes to these terms we will post notice on the site before they take effect.
You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does to published content). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive — content licenses for published versions, disclaimers, liability limits — survive.
