It reads the text, works out your career band, and rebuilds the document in the format that suits that band: single column, standard section names, no tables or graphics, one date format, the right page count. The rebuild is written back out as a clean text-based PDF. Your wording is protected by rule: it may move, group, rename headings, fix spelling and normalise dates, but it may not add a number, tool, employer or claim that is not already in your document, and every word-level change is listed before and after in a change log you get with the PDF."
